Inserting the Ringnode

1. Remove the cover of your computer and select an empty EISA expansion slot. Make sure you use a bus master slot: for details, see the documentation supplied with your computer.

2. Remove the slot's backplate. Keep its screw safely.

3. Push the Ringnode firmly into the slot. Do not force it. If it does not slide in easily, it may be misaligned.

4. Secure the Ringnode with the retaining screw.

5. Replace the cover of the computer.
