Under Windows 95 and Windows NT, power management is a function of the operating system and not the individual driver. When a PC enters a power-saving mode, the operating system asks the driver to shut itself down, and when power is restored the system loads the driver again. Hence, there is no specific power management support in Madge drivers for these operating systems.
Note that Smart Software (SMART.EXE and .SMT modules) does not support power management.

For the OS/2 driver (MDGND.OS2), power management is enabled by default. To disable this feature include the following line in the driver section your PROTOCOL.INI :
