Using Madge Wizard

Use Madge Wizard to configure and test Smart 16/4 Ringnodes. From the Madge Wizard menu you can:

*Configure and test a new Ringnode. This is the fastest option for installing a new Ringnode.
*Test that installed hardware is working correctly and is connected to the network. Information about any configuration problems is reported.
*Configure and test Ringnodes, if you want to verify or customize your hardware configuration.
*Create an install disk for use with your operating environment, or update an existing DOS driver set up.
*Read the User Documentation and create install disks for use with your operating environment.

To run Madge Wizard, at the DOS prompt type: MWIZARD [ENTER]

Note: If your computer does not run DOS, use the Release Disk 1 of the Smart LAN Support Software. This is a bootable disk that allows you to run Madge Wizard.
