Switch 2/8: ring speed

Make sure that the ring speed you set matches the operation of your network. If it does not, you will impair the operation of your network.

If you are connecting the Ringnode to a 4Mbps token-ring network, set switch 2/8 to ON. If the network operates at 16Mbps, set switch 2/8 to OFF. The default is ON.
