Normal mode

If you use normal mode, only use the drivers released with LAN Support Software release 4.2(0) or later. In this mode you can use the configuration software to override the Ringnode switch settings. You do not need to set any of the hardware switches unless you wish to:

  • Install more than one Ringnode in your computer.

  • Boot remotely.

Note: To check or change the mode your Ringnode uses, run the Madge Wizard software utility.
